The Charles Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Mountain House Live Viewing System is provided as an exclusive benefit to approved academy members and families. The system allows parents, legal guardians, and approved adult students to observe classes remotely while helping promote transparency, student safety, and confidence in our training environment.

To protect the privacy of all students and instructors, access to the Live Viewing System is strictly controlled.

By requesting or using access to the Live Viewing System, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

Access to the Live Viewing System is available only to:

• Active Charles Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Mountain House members in good standing.

• Parents or legal guardians of enrolled minor students.

• Adult students approved by academy management.

• Individuals specifically authorized by academy management.

Access is a privilege—not a right—and is granted solely at the discretion of Charles Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Mountain House.

The academy reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke access at any time without prior notice.

2. Authorized Use

The Live Viewing System is intended solely for:

• Parents and legal guardians to observe their enrolled child during class.

• Approved adult students to view academy classes for educational purposes.

Viewing access is limited only to the class or classes in which the student is currently enrolled with an active membership. Parents, legal guardians, and adult students may not access, view, or attempt to view any class in which they or their student are not currently enrolled or do not have an active membership. Users may not request or attempt to obtain access to classes outside of their current enrollment, and the academy reserves the right to limit viewing permissions to the specific class schedule associated with the member's active enrollment.

The Live Viewing System may not be used for any commercial, personal, or unauthorized purpose.

3. Account Security

Users agree to:

• Keep login credentials confidential.

• Never share usernames or passwords.

• Not allow unauthorized persons to access the system.

• Immediately notify the academy if they believe their account has been compromised.

Each account is intended for the approved user only.

4. Recording and Distribution Prohibited

To protect the privacy of every student and instructor, users agree that they will not:

• Record any live video feed.

• Capture screenshots or photographs.

• Screen record on any device.

• Broadcast or stream the video.

• Share the live feed with others.

• Upload any images or videos to social media or the internet.

• Copy, download, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the video feed.

• Permit another person to view the live feed using their account.

Violation of this section will result in the immediate suspension or permanent revocation of viewing privileges and may subject the individual to additional legal action when appropriate.

5. Privacy of Students and Families

The Live Viewing System captures multiple students participating in class.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• Other students may appear on camera.

• The privacy and confidentiality of every student and family must be respected.

• The system is intended solely to observe your own child or, for approved adult students, to review class instruction.

• Users will not use the system to monitor, identify, evaluate, criticize, or otherwise observe other students, parents, instructors, or academy operations.

• Information viewed through the Live Viewing System shall remain private and confidential.

6. Appropriate Conduct

Users agree to use the Live Viewing System responsibly and professionally.

Questions or concerns regarding anything viewed during class should be directed privately to academy management and should never be discussed publicly or posted on social media or other online platforms.

Harassing, threatening, or inappropriate use of the Live Viewing System may result in the immediate loss of viewing privileges.

7. System Availability

Although every effort is made to provide reliable access, Charles Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Mountain House does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

The academy is not responsible for interruptions caused by:

• Internet outages

• Equipment failure

• Power interruptions

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance

• Software or hardware updates

• Third-party service providers

• Circumstances beyond the academy's reasonable control

8. Member Benefit

The Live Viewing System is offered solely as an additional member benefit.

It is not part of tuition, membership services, or any contractual obligation of the academy.

Accordingly:

• Camera outages do not affect tuition obligations.

• No refunds, tuition credits, discounts, or reimbursements will be issued due to temporary or permanent interruptions of the Live Viewing System.

• The academy reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Live Viewing System at any time without affecting membership agreements.

9. Academy Rights

Charles Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Mountain House reserves the right to:

• Approve or deny access requests.

• Suspend or permanently revoke viewing privileges at any time.

• Modify operating hours or available camera views.

• Limit access to specific classes.

• Change, replace, or discontinue the Live Viewing System.

• Update or revise this agreement at any time.

Continued use of the Live Viewing System constitutes acceptance of any future revisions to this agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Live Viewing System is provided "as is" as a courtesy to academy members.

Charles Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Mountain House, its owners, employees, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Technical malfunctions

• Internet interruptions

• Third-party service failures

• Device compatibility issues

• Temporary or permanent loss of viewing access

• Unauthorized access resulting from a user's failure to safeguard login credentials

• Any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the Live Viewing System

11. Acceptance of Agreement

By signing below or by accessing the Live Viewing System, I acknowledge and agree that:

• I have read and understand this Parent/Student Live Viewing System Agreement in its entirety.

• I agree to comply with all academy policies governing the Live Viewing System.

• I understand that viewing access is a privilege and may be denied, suspended, or revoked at the sole discretion of Charles Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Mountain House.

• I understand that access is limited to approved users only.

• I understand that viewing access is limited solely to the class or classes in which I or my student is currently enrolled with an active membership.

• I agree not to record, reproduce, download, screen capture, distribute, or publicly share any portion of the Live Viewing System.

• I understand that any violation of this agreement may result in the immediate and permanent loss of viewing privileges and may subject me to additional disciplinary or legal action.

• I understand that the Live Viewing System is provided as an optional member benefit and is not guaranteed as part of my membership.
