Membership Hold Request Instructions

If you need to temporarily place your membership on hold, please follow the steps below. All membership hold requests are subject to approval by Charles Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Mountain House.

How to Request a Membership Hold

1. Log in to your GymDesk member account.

2. Select the "Membership Hold Request" option and add it to your account.

3. Select the date you would like your membership hold to begin. Please ensure the requested start date is accurate.

4. Carefully review the Membership Hold Agreement and select the membership hold option that best fits your needs:

   • Option 1: $50 Monthly Membership Hold Fee

   • Option 2: Continue Regular Membership Payments and receive approved hold time as membership credit at the end of your agreement (up to two months).

5. Complete all required fields and electronically sign the Membership Hold Agreement.

6. Submit your request for review.

Approval Process

Submitting a Membership Hold Agreement does not automatically place your membership on hold. All requests are reviewed by academy management and are subject to approval.

Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive confirmation regarding the approval status of your membership hold. If additional information is needed, a member of our staff will contact you.

Please do not assume your membership has been placed on hold until you have received written confirmation from the academy.
