Charles Gracie Mountain House - May 2024 Newsletter

No-Gi Classes: This month, our No-Gi classes are scheduled for Monday, May 6th, and Tuesday, May 7th. Remember, all classes require the official Charles Gracie No-Gi Uniform.

Belt Promotion: The belt promotion event will take place on Saturday, May 18th, at our Tracy Academy. Those eligible for promotion should refer to the earlier email for specific times. Please note that the schedule is determined by our headquarters, and the dates and times are set accordingly.

Regular Classes: The Academy will remain open on May 18th, maintaining the usual schedule for both children's and adult classes.

MMA Nights: Join us for MMA night every Friday evening. Our children's classes start at 5:15 PM, followed by adult MMA at 6:00 PM.

Memorial Day Closure: Please note that the Academy will be closed on Monday, May 27th, in observance of Memorial Day. Missed classes can be made up anytime during the month of May.

Kids Summer Schedule: Starting Wednesday, May 29th, our kids' summer schedule kicks off with an additional class for ages 7-15 at 10:00 AM on Mondays and Wednesdays throughout the summer.

Tournament Recognition: Congratulations to all who competed in the Annual Charles Gracie Tournament! We are incredibly proud of your efforts and representation of our academy.
